PRODUCTS

The main species that we catch are megrims and monkfish, and in lesser amounts cod haddock, plaice , lemon sole, black sole, ray, ling, whiting, brill, hake, witches, turbot and pollock.

As well as supplying whole fish to our home Irish market, Saltees Fish also sells its products in Spain, France, Belgium, Holland and Italy, all delivered in our own vehicles. At present the prawns are sold to local processors.
